Made exclusively with grapes produced in clayey soils with pebbles on our property, this wine underwent controlled fermentation in French oak and stainless steel, having aged for 8 months on fine lees with battonage.
It has a citrine color. The aroma is elegant and complex, mentholated notes of fruit and citrus flowers wrapped in soft wood. Balanced, full-bodied and persistent body with unique freshness and fruit intensity.
